Its happened again. These people do not respect democracy at all. Karpal says so himself.

- In a hard-hitting press conference, Karpal said the four-member committee headed by its chairman Tan Kok Wai was not fit to probe Dr Ramasamy, who also sits in the committee.
- “The proceeding should be void ab initio (from the beginning) and the three should not judge one of their own. “The seed of destruction was already in the panel, in the form of being able to judge (one of their own).
So Karpal says there is a conflict of interest. Members of a very small committee (only four members) are presiding over a person who is a member of the same commitee. Very cosy indeed. This is the DAP. As long as the Father and Son give their blessing, anything goes.
And do you think that Karpal is very democratic? Read this :
- GEORGE TOWN: Four individuals who were appointed by Deputy Chief Minister II Dr P. Ramasamy to the Penang Hindu Endowment Board (PHEB) and Penang Appeals Board will be dropped by DAP.
- The party's national chairman Karpal Singh said the four K. Mangaleswary, Dr K. Anbalakan, S. Gunalan and E. Jothi would be dropped “as soon as possible”.
So Karpal is paying them back in the same coin perhaps. Where Karpal wields power, he really wields it like a big stick. Karpal says the four pro-Ramasamy appointees WILL be removed "as soon as possible".
If they were properly appointed, according to whatever procedure they have, then how can Karpal just summarily say they will be removed? Even if they were not properly appointed, shouldnt there be some form of inquiry before they are kicked out? Can Karpal just say they will be kicked out?
This seems to be the way the DAP has been running things for a long time. YB Wee Choo Keong was kicked out of the DAP because he "did not show enough loyalty to the party leadership". In brief what this means is that Wee Choo Keong refused to cium the Father and Son's buntot. That is a terrible no-no in the DAP. You must cium buntot.
I am telling you folks, if the Pakatan takes over the country, democracy will die.

Hopefully, for rakyat including me, who are still very annoyed with BN, do not vote PR for GE13. Its just not worth it. BN on the other, must listen to the rakyat that chose them. Kick out those who seem devious in their ways and PM must act without fear or favour. Malaysia needs someone like DrM or LKY to ensure they toe the line. I will probably vote the independants who are good moderate politicians and in need of a platform to be heard like MP Wangsa Maju, Kulim among others.

Your incompetent boss is now telling the non-Malays to give his two-thirds majority because anything less than two-thirds will mean Moo Hee Din gets to be PM. What type of logic is this ? Moo Hee Din being made a bogeyman by the No. 1 guy ? Feeding on the fears of the non-Malays regarding Moo Hee Din ?

So what is the problem? To succeed initially, everybody must toe to the line. Mahathir did it, so is LKY of Singapore, Winston Churchil of G Britain,Akhbar of Mogul and Asoka of India as well as Alexander of Greek, Genghiz and Kublai Khans , and even Great George Washington of USA when he ordered to execution of 120 soldiers of rank and file for not getting into combat with the redcoats (British army) at the battle of New Orleans. My children are successful graduates and now successful career and businessmen because of the need to instill discipline in the early stages of their life. If Pak Lah and Najib do the same in their early premiership life, MALAYSIA is a great country to live in but they allowed their subordinates to get rotten to the core.
Just Imagine the Judges on our bench do not have even the basic understanding of justice and its application with a defendent's right,we will call it kangaroo court,it just leaps to decision on random without the application of care and honesty.
I knew of a long time member being expelled without even a show cause letter and those on the diciplinary committee including Prof Ramasamy haven't a clue on the case they preside on.One of them cannot understand malay which is in a form a evidence[letter written in bahasa with no accompanying translation]
It is the most undemocratic party in this country and that is expected of all political parties,but to wear it as a badge of honour in the very naming of the party is hypocracy at it highest.
They violate all the rules imposed by the registrar of socety openly and knowingly and still have the cheek to speal about good governance.What they cannot deceive id GOD and for that,God justice will prevail.I have faith in God and I sincerely hope all the politicians bertaubat and change their profession,
The evidence in the form of an introduction to PARTIPATE as bona fide tenderer[for tenders called by local coucil] can be construed as abuse of power favouring a particular tender [as the introduction is for the essense of registration and does not specify any particular tender.And when One of the registered tender succeeded in a bid for a job [less than 5K]It is decided beyond reasonable doubts by such duggus [one of them a professor]Even simple farmer are better qualified then these puppet who take instruction from hidden hand.Yet they hurl abuse at our judges as Jesus would say,let he without sin cast the first stone.Thses duggus throw boulder at their own faithful members.
No wonder Ramasamy had a mini conference meeting of about 30 people at Bangsar Village Starbucks a few weeks back...preparing for this showdown I guess...they re so democratic they just sat there without ordering a single drink...to be fair someone probably order a drink...but at least that what I saw when they left...the tables didnt have a single glass...lol
Ramasamy is a Johnny Come Lately. I do not know the man. Nor do I care about Karpal. But the new boy, whatever credentials he may have, should learn to toe the line. If you get out of rank, you get shot. Period.
I am sick with the politics of this country.
A wakil rakyat is supposed to serve the people. Not to be a hero, a warlord, a businessman, a butler to the wife, a proxy to the son-in-law, a husband to a celebrity or a model for Tatler magazine.
Can we correct those things first?
